Introduction
This collection contains a photograph of R Sigward & Son 115 Kirkdale, Sydenham. Rosa Clara Sigward continued running her husband’s Jewellery shop with one of her sons at 42 High Sydenham when he died 1927, being buried in Lewisham. He was a Watchmaker staring 66 St Martins Lane, London. They moved to Lewisham c. 1911 - 1925. Rosa died in 1934 and sometime before 1939 the shop had moved to 115 Kirkdale, where it still traded as R Sigward and Son.
